We’re shaking things up this year. The goal hasn’t changed — bragging rights, eternal glory, and questionable company pride — but how a company wins has. Below is everything you need to know.
Company Eligibility

Who Can Compete
- A company must have at least 5 registered Growers.
- Companies must be real companies.
- Growers must be real employees or owners.
The New Format

What's Going Away
In the past, winning was determined by the average dollars raised per Grower. That is no longer how the Sexiest Company is crowned.

It's All About Total Fundraising
Company fundraising averages no longer matter. What does matter: total dollars raised by the company during each round.

Bracket-Style Competition
All eligible companies will be placed into two pools. The top 2 companies from each pool advance in the first round, then it’s head-to-head matchups until a champion is crowned.

Round-by-Round Scoring
Only the dollars raised during that specific round will count. Totals do not carry over from previous rounds. Each round is a clean slate.

In each matchup, the company that raises more dollars during that round advances. The company that raises the most money in the final round is crowned:
